The Nelk Boys are being dragged to courtroom over a YouTube prank video gone mistaken — the marijuana supply driver they tried to trick is flipping the script on them with a really actual lawsuit.
In line with docs obtained by TMZ, a person named Nicholas Aliff claims he is the weed supply man within the YouTube stars’ faux meth lab prank. Within the video, he wasn’t completely satisfied about being pranked and threatened to sue … and now it seems to be like he is following via.
Aliff claims the Nelk Boys ordered weed and he ended up delivering the products to a warehouse close to Los Angeles, the place the YouTube pranksters had arrange a faux meth lab and employed an actor to play a cop who begins to make a drug bust earlier than in the end accepting a bribe.
The man says he thought the actor was an actual police officer, and he had no concept he was being pranked till after the actual fact, when the Nelk Boys informed him it was all a joke. He is suing for assault and battery, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional misery … and going after the Nelk Boys for damages.
